Free Hearts love letter to future instructors:

You coach, lead, inspire, and do it all with a positive outlook, while dealing with your own everyday life. I want you to know that you are appreciated and valued. 

I started a studio with the goal in mind of having a place where women can feel comfortable, safe, and free to express their individuality.  I have a genuine love of humankind, people of all types, ages, races, backgrounds, and I know what it is like to feel different and out of place. I was able to come back from the lowest of low places, find sobriety, find love, and find genuine happiness.  I want all people to have that chance, and to know they have others in their corner supporting them, lifting them up, and fighting for their equality.  A community of people who share, grow, support, and uplift each other is needed now more than ever.

 I cannot do this without a multi format, constantly updating/growing, open-minded team of instructors.  I need teachers that know their craft, express their uniqueness through their programming, and love what they do.  I want you to feel like you can teach your class in the way that makes you and others feel the absolute best about yourselves.  I want you to feel supported, appreciated, valued, and free to be yourself, through your coaching style, your programming, your music, and your self-expression.  My goal is to have a studio space full of free thinkers with instructors who are able to create new things and serve our community of students as a unique offering they are not used to seeing all in one place.  

What does this mean?  Come to work every day with a desire to teach and lead in a class of empowerment.  Let them move with you through their feelings, strength, weakness, and help them grow.  I want to know what you like to teach, how you like to teach it, and why.  I don't want to tell you what to do, how to be, or what it needs to look like in your class, because who knows better than you?  I will push you to do your best, expand your boundaries, and ensure all women are treated with kindness, passion, and complete respect. 

I cannot wait to meet you and see how you craft your classes and experiences to grow our community.  I am here to help YOU grow as a teacher, a community leader, and a fitness professional.
