We believe fitness should be balanced, not one-dimensional.
Our multi-format approach blends strength, cardio, and mindful movement like Pilates, yoga, and barre—so you can build strength, improve endurance, and support stability in a way that feels sustainable, complete, and uniquely you.

  • Barre Beauty

    Feels like: Cardio and muscle tone burn out on the beat, with light weights.

    Barre at Free Hearts is a strength and ballet mash-up with great music. We use props, a ballet barre, and all types of movement for a full-body experience to target the major and minor muscle groups. Our barre classes require zero ballet or training experience. We recommend bare feet or grip socks for this class.

  • Peace and Pilates

    Feels like: A slow-paced core burn, limited to no cardio, all tone and burn.

    A strong core drives you through mat Pilates. We will use props, light weights, and high repetitions to craft a toning and endurance workout. Classical mat Pilates elements are woven into class along with encouraging music and instruction. New to Pilates? We cater to all levels, wear sticky socks or bare feet are fine too.

  • Your Yoga

    Feels like: A full body flow at your own pace.

    Flow your heart out in our take on yoga. We engage you physically and mentally while honoring the meaningful practice of yoga in an all levels flow class. Take your pace and poses in your own time or challenge your practice. Yoga is great for relaxation, flexibility, stress, and endurance. Yoga mats are available to rent.

  • Your Yoga POWER

    Feels like: A yoga flow on an energy drink.

    In Your Yoga Power, we add intensity to our yoga flow. Expect more athletic positions, a faster flow, and the creation of inner heat to challenge your yoga practice.

    We engage you physically and mentally while honoring the meaningful practice of yoga in an intense flow class. Yoga is great for relaxation, flexibility, stress, and endurance. Yoga mats are available to rent.

  • Your Yoga SCULPT

    Feels like: A strength training workout with a Yoga warm up and cool down.

    In Your Yoga SCULPT, we add weights to our yoga class. You will warm up with a yoga sequence and then add intervals of cardio and strength training. We finish with a cool down and yoga practice. Lift as light or as heavy as you want.

  • Just Dance

    Feels like: The best dance party you have ever been to.

    Pop lock and drop it. Just Dance at Free Hearts is a bumpin' follow-along dance cardio class. The studio will turn into a dance club; the lights will come down, and the music will come up. Have two left feet? That's fine, just jump around and enjoy the music, no experience is needed. We want you to feel sexy, confident, get your cardio in, and have a blast. Wear sneakers to this class for the best experience.

  • Bounce - Quickie

    Feels like: A high-energy, beat driven, cardio pump on the rebounder.

    Bounce - Quickie is a 30 minute class using the rebounder. The trampoline provides a workout of low impact cardio, and the 30 minute session brings the intensity to pack in a full workout in the reduced time. Grab some hand weights or ankle weights to up the weight component of class and maximize the 30 minutes you have! We move to the beat of the music for a full body workout. Rebounder benefits include- joint friendly cardio, lymphatic drainage, strengthens the pelvic floor and core, works balance, low impact on bones for health and strength.

  • Bounce + Tone

    Feels like: A beat based cardio interval dance party on the rebounder with a full body tone.

    Bounce + Tone is our class using the rebounder. This class is half on and half off the trampoline for a combo workout of low impact cardio and high rep toning with weights and other props. We move to the beat of the music for a full body workout. Rebounder benefits include- joint friendly cardio, lymphatic drainage, strengthens the pelvic floor and core, works balance, low impact on bones for health and strength.

  • Strength Now

    Feels like: A heavy lifting encouragement sesh.

    We already know you are strong. The instructor will use heavier weights and slower sets to build your major muscle groups. We cater to all fitness levels and help with form. Wear sneakers to this class because of movement around the room and weight use. Strength training is great for longevity, mood, and muscle tone.

  • Punch + Power

    Feels like: A boxing montage.

    A circuit based strength, conditioning, and boxing class. You will punch boxing mitts, work on building strength and agility, all while getting instructor support and assistance with form. Build your core power while toning and leaning into the urge to just punch something!

  • Heavy Tempo

    Feels like: Barre with heavier sets.

    A strength-forward and beat based barre class that builds intensity through layered movements and seamless drop sets. Keeping you in the burn longer for a deep, effective workout. Expect slow strength, pulsing holds, and a final push that challenges your muscles in all the right ways.

  • Intuitive Healing Meditation

    Feels like: A soul refreshing calm.

    Intuitive Healing Meditation is a 50 minute guided imagery class that is suitable for everyone seeking a sense of nourishment for the mind, body, and spirit. Connect with your intuition through intuitive “tools”. The practice grounds the body, helps you detach from stress, and revives your ability to live with greater levels of ease, peace, and joy. This class will enable you to strengthen your inner knowing and create new opportunities for you to heal. You can expect to leave feeling positively balanced, centered, and grounded with enhanced clarity.

    The instructor is able to customize the meditation based upon what you’d like to specifically heal or seek relief from, for a more personalized healing experience; with consistent attendance, you’ll naturally begin to feel more contentment and vitality in your daily life

  • Mindfulness Meditation

    Feels like: Mental grounding and clarity.

    Mindfulness is an inspiring, grounding, and calming 50 minute meditation practice. The meditative guidance in this class focuses on leaning fully into the present moment, without judgement, through sensorial techniques such as observing the breath, visualization, or a gentle body scan. By cultivating a sense of mental and physical awareness, self-compassion and inner peace are naturally strengthened through a combination of instruction and reflection. This class is suitable for all levels of meditators, from beginners to those with prior experience. The experience will benefit everyone seeking a conscious approach to stress relief, as well as acceptance, care, and kindness toward the self.

Workshops and Trainings

  • Coaching Every Body

    Coaching Every Body: Cueing, Confidence, and Safety in Group Fitness is a practical, hands-on training designed for group fitness instructors who want to coach safely, inclusively, and with confidence. This workshop focuses on understanding basic anatomy and physiology as it applies to special populations commonly found in group classes, while providing actionable strategies for offering effective modifications without singling anyone out.

    Instructors will also develop stronger cueing skills, presence, and leadership through guided practice and role-playing, leaving with tools they can immediately apply to create safer, more welcoming, and more confident group fitness experiences for every body.

    This is a four hour training for current group fitness instructors to sharpen their skills and refine their craft.
